California is mostly cold nearing winter, but its in summer where it earns its reputation for crazy weather. It can be hot as hell in the morning and freezing at just about noon. I guess that's why Californians dress in layers; you never know when you'd need to peel off or put on that jacket. So yeah, a lil' macam transformers liddat. Overall, when its not sunny (which is most of the time), its gloomy.

I saw a Siberian Husky with deep blue eyes when I was in Monterey last weekend. Huskies are dogs which are typically exploited in cheesy dog tales where a group of boys get stranded in a snowstorm after a horrific plane crash and along comes them heroic wolf-dogs to save the day.

I think it must've been like my fourth or fifth time to this place. As always, this place is grim. Dark and gloomy, like a Clint Eastwood movie with no subtitles. Pft.
